Thank you for choosing Genie Wishes for Kids! Our main goal is to provide an enchanting and memorable experience for your children. By engaging with our Genie and requesting a wish, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined below:

Wish Granting Terms

1. Wish Non-refundability:
- Once granted, wishes cannot be revoked, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure your child makes a considered choice.

2. Cash Value:
- Granted wishes have a nominal cash value of $.01. This cash value does not reflect the actual cost or value of the wish fulfillment.

3. Wish Redemption:
- Wishes granted may not be redeemed or actualized on the same day they are granted. A minimum of a 24-hour waiting period applies to all wishes.

4. Combination of Wishes:
- Wishes may not be combined with other wishes. Each wish stands on its own merit and must be made and fulfilled separately.

5. Wish Multiplication:
- Wishes cannot be used to gain or request additional wishes. The genie's granting ability is limited to the original number of wishes provided.

6. Wish Expiration:
- All wishes must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date they are granted. Any wishes not redeemed within this period will be considered expired and will not be fulfilled.

7. Exclusions:
- There are certain exclusions for the type of wishes that can be granted, including, but not limited to the following:

a. Wishes cannot be used for expensive meals or travel.
b. Wishes cannot be used for in-app purchases.
c. Wishes cannot be used to purchase video games unless they are on sale at the time of wish granting.
d. Wishes cannot be used for more than 30 minutes of Physical Labor.

Please ensure that you and your child understand and agree to these terms before making a wish with Genie Wishes for Kids. We hope to make this a magical experience for your family!
